What to Bring to Your Notary Appointment
To help your appointment go smoothly, please have:
A valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state identification card, or passport.
The complete document requiring notarization. Please do not leave required pages or information missing.
All required signers present. Each person whose signature must be notarized generally needs to appear personally before the notary and provide acceptable identification.
Please do not sign the document ahead of time if the notarial act requires the signature to be witnessed by the notary.
If witnesses are required for your document, please ask when scheduling your appointment whether you will need to provide them.
Fee Schedule
Mobile Charge + $10 for the first signature + $1.00 each additional signature and up to 15 minutes onsite.

Josephine: $20
Beyond 15 miles of Lavon $2/miles.
For appointments that require time onsite beyond 15 minutes the rate is $25 per each additional 15 minutes.
Negotiated rates available for larger collections of documents and other notary services like printing, document preparation, copying and shipping.
